Cycling is an inherently physical activity with objective hazards. By participating in any BCC event (local or international), you acknowledge that you ride at your own risk. The Boundless Cycling Collective (BCC) is a community platform and acts as a facilitator; we are not responsible for personal injury, mechanical failure, or third-party accidents.
While we celebrate the engineering of our partner brands, every rider is responsible for the maintenance and safety of their own bicycle. Helmets are mandatory on 100% of BCC rides. No helmet, no ride.
By uploading photos to Captured or The Garage, you grant the BCC permission to use that imagery for community and promotional purposes. We believe in “Good Vibes Only”—harassment or exclusionary behavior will result in immediate removal from the Collective.
Paid tours and expeditions are subject to specific booking contracts, including cancellation policies and mandatory travel insurance. These will be provided separately during the “Briefing” phase of a booking.
Your data belongs to you. The BCC collects your name, email, and “Garage” details solely to improve your experience within the Collective and to provide you with relevant local and international cycling opportunities.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies. If you are a Berria owner, your serial number may be used to verify your “Certified Member” status within our database.
When uploading photos of your rides, please ensure your privacy settings are set appropriately. We recommend disabling “home” location tracking on your photos to keep your private address secure.
You may request a full export of your data or the deletion of your account at any time. We believe in freedom—that includes the freedom to leave, though we’d hate to see you go.
